Muscadine Resveratrol
This doesn't have to do with softball, but my friend wrote an article about muscadine resveratrol which I thought was very interesting. Apparently, it is going to be a new hot topic for medicine. Resveratrol is an extract from wine grape skins which has been proven to reduce the risk of cancer, improve health and increase lifespans. The muscadine grape has some of the highest concentrations of resveratrol.

Our first practice
Well, we had our first practice, and I am sore. So out of shape. It was so much fun. As Alyce said, the best day of the year so far because softball has started. There were 16 of us, and that wasn't even all of us! We had a great game, with the good team winning 16-15 after 9 innings. Wow.
